Agentr ("the App," "we," "us") is operated by IKONICK Properties. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

When you use Agentr as a client looking for an agent, we collect:

• Contact information you provide directly: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Preferences you provide: what you're looking to do (buy, sell, invest, or rent) and your area of interest.
• Your swipe activity: which agent profiles you matched with or passed on, so we can show you your matches and avoid repeating profiles you've already seen.

We do not collect precise location data, and we do not access your phone's contacts, camera, or photo library.

How we use your information

• To connect you with real estate agents on the platform whose profile you matched with.
• To let a matched agent see your name, contact details, and stated preferences, so they can reach out to help with your real estate search.
• To operate and improve the App (for example, understanding which agent profiles are getting matches).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Information you submit is shared only with the specific agent(s) you swipe right on ("match" with). It is not shared with any other agent, or with any party outside the platform, except as required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Agentr, our agents, or our users.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account/match history is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your information at any time — see "Your choices" below.

Your choices

• Delete your data: Email us at the address below with the phone number or email you signed up with, and we will delete your client record and match history within a reasonable time.
• Opt out of contact: You can ask a matched agent directly to stop contacting you, or ask us to remove a specific match.

Children's privacy

Agentr is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
